The Crow’s Nest, ANSI/NFPA certified, THOW was built by Incredible Tiny Homes in 2021 within a commercial shipping container for a stylish, industrial look, with maximum safety, stability, and weather proofing. Welded to a custom Hurst trailer, this THOW comes highway ready with DOT approval, tags and title. Built within maximum legal load width no matter where your road takes you, you’ll be able to tow your new THOW to your dream location, or overland it with ease.

… to a studio relaxation area beneath a custom light-flooding 70”x20” panel window (and pre-installed ceiling TV Mount ready for your flatscreen). Stylish recess lighting and handsome paint or clear seal treated slat pine walls and ceiling throughout. Heavenly climate control with top of the line Mitsubishi Electric MSZ-JP09WA mini split (whisper-quiet air/heat/dehumidifier) and high efficiency spray foam insulation under container trailer, below flooring within container, in walls and ceiling. Modern convenience and style in adjoining kitchen including built in Kenyon electric, two-burner stove with Summit dual speed hood range, all treated and sealed butcher block countertops, Insignia mini fridge, space and outlet built in for stackable washer dryer or larger fridge and custom sealed wood kitchen cabinets and drawers.

The rest is done! Soundless, EZ Tankless Deluxe water heater makes everything a toasty dream, from washing dishes in the farm style stainless steel sink under the gorgeous kitchen window, to bathing in the ceramic Talavera tiled walk-in shower. Tiny size constraints are no match for the adorable, separate bath complete with a window, full size residential flushing toilet, and ceramic bathroom sink.

The Crow’s Nest THOW comes with a water filter and 20 pound Pinnacle propane tank is included for the water heater so all you need is a fresh water hook up. If you have access to a sewer hookup, great! But if you don’t, you don’t have to worry because a 21 gallon portable waste water tank is also included. With an extra long electric hook up cord included, all you need to do is plug to a standard 50 amp, 120/240 volt, 3 prong female outlet. No specialty parts are needed for repairs because all materials in the Crow’s Nest come Home Depot.

Not only is this tiny home an Overlander’s dream, it is indigenously crafted to rematriate everyday life by a native two-spirit artist of the Lenape Chesapeake region. Designed with the same concept of their ancestor’s homes, focused on human technology and relationship to the land and waters. In this way it is also uniquely accommodating to the neurodivergent, including folks who live on the autism spectrum or with clinical ADHD. All will enjoy feeling cozy and secure, enveloped by distant sounds of surrounding nature enabled by soundless appliances, and able to control natural light with intentionally placed and shaped windows.
